Uses

• It can boost energy.
• Aids the digestive functions and lymphatic drainage by supporting the circulatory system.

How to use 

Diffuse

Six to eight drops of Lemon essential oil can be added to a diffuser.

Massage

Use 2.5% dilution of lemon essential oil or add 15 drops of the oil to 30 ml of carrier oil of choice.

Inhalation

Few inhalations direct from the bottle can help you reduce stress at work or while in a car.

Bath

Add at least five drops of Lemon essential oil in a dispersant such as oil, to nourish the skin.

Topical Application

Mix one drop of Lemon essential oil to a 5 ml choice of carrier oil and apply it on chest, wrist or back of the neck.

Steam treatment

In a bowl containing steaming hot water, add two drops of Lemon essential oil. Place your face near to the top of the bowl at a safe distance from the hot water and cover your face and back of the head with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution, if there are any risks or burns on the face, do not use this treatment.

Compress 

Add two drops of Tea tree essential oil to a bowl of water. Mix a face wash in the water, remove the excess moisture and apply it on the affected area. Repeat this process two to three times as the compress warms up or cool down.

• Avoid contact with eyes, ears, inner nose and other sensitive areas. 
• Store it in a cool, dry place. 
• Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product. 
• If you are pregnant, or a nursing mother, consult a physician.
