Citrus bergamia has a citrusy, fruity, warm floral scent. It is one of the favourite essential oils for its unique, citrusy, floral scent and other therapeutic properties. It is one of the most delicate plants which requires a particular climate and soil to thrive. The aroma of this essential oil supports mental health and clarity by boosting the mind. It can help to ease the feeling of sadness, anxiety. This oil is very gentle to the skin and helps to keep the skin healthy and can be used on acne-prone skin.


  • Diffuse in the workplace, home or classroom to promote a serene environment.
  • While showering, apply it on the skin and deeply inhale it to cleanse and clarify the skin.
  • Add one or two drops of this oil to your regular skincare routine.
  • Massage the oil on your feet before bedtime for a calm, relaxed sleep.

How to use


Use two to three drops of Bergamot essential oil with a carrier oil of your choice.

Topical usage

Apply two to three drops of oil to the desired area. However, it is essential to dilute the oil with a carrier oil to prevent any skin sensitivity.


A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help to release stress at work.


Add four to five drops of oil to the bath, to nourish the skin. Recommend to do it at night time.

Steam treatment

For face and respiratory purpose, add two drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Caution not to be used on burns and scalding.


  • Susceptible to skin sensitivity. 
  • Keep out of the reach of children. 
  • Store it in a cool, dry place. 
  • Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product. 
  • If you are pregnant, or a nursing mother, consult a physician.
