Basil Essential Oil



A favourite herb for cuisines around the world, Basil (OcimumBasilicum) is a plant that is no stranger to Australian households. Its health benefits are widely discussed and researched throughout the years. Basil as a herbal medicine has been recognised for its anti-inflammatory effects that greatly help with cold or wounds-healing.
Basil Essential Oil is derived from the Basil herb directly. The leaves are steam distilled to extract pure and natural Basil oil. Apart from its refreshing scent, Basil Essential Oil has many daily applications that can take your healthy lifestyle.

How to use


Six to eight drops of Basil Essential Oil can be added to a diffuser


Drop at least five drops of Basil Essential Oil during bath to your palms and rub gently on your skin and hair

Topical Application

Mix one drop of Tea tree essential oil to a 5 ml choice of carrier oil and apply it on chest, wrist or back of the neck.


Add five drops of Basil Essential Oil to a carrier oil. Mix well and apply gently to skin.


Dilute one drop of Basil Essential Oil on 1 tbsp of carrier oil. Apply and massage temples gently.
